Do I have to bring my pet's food?
We recommend it — keeping their diet identical to home is the safest choice for their stomach. But if you'd rather not, our fresh-meal add-on has you covered.
Can you give medications with meals?
Yes. Just provide the medication and clear instructions at check-in. We administer and log every dose, and we'll let you know if anything seems off.
What if my pet is a picky or slow eater?
Tell us their quirks and we'll honor them — the slow feeder, the warm-water splash, the exact spot they like to eat. We monitor appetite closely and update you.
Are treats allowed?
Of course — bring their favorites with instructions, and we'll stick to your limits. We're happy to keep treats consistent with your rules at home.
What about fresh water?
