Grooming should never be something a pet dreads. Our spa is built around a fear-free philosophy: slow introductions, gentle handling, non-slip surfaces, and plenty of breaks. The result is a pet who comes out looking incredible — and doesn't shake in the car on the way in.

Every groom starts with a health-and-coat check so we can flag anything unusual — lumps, hot spots, ear issues, overgrown nails — and tailor the session to your pet's skin and coat type. From there, it's a warm bath with breed-appropriate products, a thorough dry, and the finishing work that makes the difference.
Breed-specific cuts are done by groomers who actually know the standard for your dog's coat, whether that's a proper poodle clip, a doodle teddy trim, or a double-coated breed that should be de-shedded — never shaved. Cats are welcome too, with calm, experienced handling.

De-shedding & skin health
Shedding is the number-one grooming complaint, and the fix isn't a razor. Our de-shedding treatment removes loose undercoat with the right tools and technique, dramatically cutting the fur around your home while protecting the coat that regulates your pet's temperature.
We also treat grooming as preventive care. Clean ears, trimmed nails, expressed needs handled, and a coat free of mats all add up to a healthier, more comfortable animal — and an early warning system when something's off.

Frequently asked questions
Is grooming safe for anxious or senior pets?
Yes. Our whole approach is fear-free — we go at the pet's pace, take breaks, and never force a nervous animal. For seniors we keep sessions short and gentle, and we'll always tell you honestly if a full groom isn't in their best interest that day.
Do you groom cats?
We do. Cats are handled by team members experienced with feline grooming, in a calm setting separate from the dogs.
How long does a groom take?
A bath and brush is usually 1–2 hours; a full breed cut can take 2–4 hours depending on size and coat. We never rush the work.
Can I combine grooming with a stay?
Yes — it's one of the most popular add-ons. Many guests go home freshly groomed at the end of an overnight or daycare visit.
What's the blueberry facial?
A tear-free, lightly exfoliating facial wash that cleans and brightens the face and muzzle. It smells wonderful and pets tolerate it beautifully — and yes, everyone leaves with a bandana.
